We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page.

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  • You are using the Site for lawful purposes only
  • You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the Site or its users

Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, materials, and images. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings
  • Minor variations may occur as part of normal manufacturing processes

Such variations do not constitute product defects.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in [CAD/USD – choose one and stay consistent] unless otherwise stated.

 

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers, including Stripe and PayPal. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions.

Shipping & Delivery

hipping timelines are estimates and are provided for customer convenience.

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Canada: 4–7 business days
    • United States, United Kingdom & Australia: 10–14 business days

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation once an order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us promptly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process instead.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Vestaloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestaloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
