Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may vary slightly

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

At this time, we do not ship to other international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed.

  • Canada: 4–7 business days
  • United States: 10–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 10–14 business days
  • Australia: 10–14 business days

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our Canadian fulfillment partners.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside Canada:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be assessed by your local customs authority
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost

Vestaloom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Vestaloom is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

In cases where an order is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
