Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This includes bedding or textile products that have been used or washed.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
Late or Missing Refunds
